FAMILY LAW ADVICE AND REPRESENTATION
Emma specialises in family law with a particular focus on family violence and parenting matters. Emma is regularly appointed by the court to represent children involved in both Care of Children Act and Oranga Tamariki Act proceedings. She accepts both private and legal aid instructions.
Emma’s advocacy experience has been in both the Family and Criminal Courts in relation to all types of hearings.
Emma is a member of the Auckland Family Courts Association, Auckland District Law Society (Family Section) and NZ Bar Association.
Emma listens closely to her clients and takes a professional approach to resolving any family law issues.
