Emma Gibbs BPhEd LLB(Hons)
FAMILY LAW ADVICE AND REPRESENTATION
Emma specialises in family law with a particular focus on domestic violence and parenting matters. Her work includes acting for parents and caregivers involved with Oranga Tamariki.
Emma's advocacy experience has been in both the Family and Criminal Courts in relation to all types of hearings.
Emma is a committee member of the Auckland Family Courts Association, Auckland District Law Society (Family Section) and Manukau White Ribbon. She is a member of the New Zealand Bar Association.
Emma listens closely to her clients and takes a professional approach to resolving any family law issues.
